My philosophy on weight loss and management is simple; Don’t diet, but instead change your diet. Eat intuitively. Eat to live, don’t live to eat (but 10% of the time, live to eat. Why not?! Food is awesome). Of course I have so many more opinions and tips for how to lose and/or maintain weight, and you can read my many blog posts about the topic below. Generally I’m a believer in a lower car higher protein diet for weight loss (note: I did not say no carbs) and you’ll see that as you read my posts. I’ve been counseling people on how to lose and maintain weight for over six years now and it’s truly my passion. Having once had an eating disorder myself, I do feel that I can empathise with those who are really trying to change habits and develop a better relationship with food.
